Does someone stay onsite during the event?+
Yes. Tee’d Up is a staffed experience. We handle setup, operation, guest help, and breakdown.
How much space does the current setup use?+
The current enclosure footprint is about 15 feet deep by 14 feet wide by 11 feet tall. We still review each venue before confirming a booking so the layout, access, and overall fit can be checked first.
What about indoor ceiling height?+
The current setup is 11 feet tall, so indoor events need enough clear height to accommodate that footprint safely. Tee’d Up reviews indoor venues before confirming the event.
Can outdoor events still work?+
Yes, depending on weather, surface conditions, daylight, and overall setup fit. Outdoor bookings are reviewed manually before confirmation.
Do guests need golf experience?+
No. Beginner-friendly contest formats are a core part of making Tee’d Up fun for mixed groups.
How does the booking process work?+
Start with the quote form, then Tee’d Up reviews the date, venue, and setup fit before anything gets confirmed. That review step helps protect the event-day experience.
What about power requirements?+

Are clubs provided?+
Club availability should be confirmed during the quote review process. If you want clubs included, mention that in the request form so it can be addressed up front.
How many people can participate?+
The simulator can be scoped around different guest counts and event formats. Share your expected attendance in the quote form and Tee’d Up will review the best fit for the event.

How is pricing handled?+
Pricing is quoted based on the event details, setup fit, and what the event needs. The fastest path is to send the date, venue, and event type through the quote form.
What happens if weather becomes an issue?+
Outdoor events are reviewed manually before confirmation. If weather conditions or the venue setup create a problem, Tee’d Up addresses that during the review process rather than forcing a bad-fit booking through.
What about cancellations or rescheduling?+
Cancellation and rescheduling terms should be confirmed before a booking is finalized. If flexibility matters for your event, mention it in the quote request so it can be discussed early.
